Copthorne Hotel Plymouth, Plymouth

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they seemed a bit outdated and not very spacious, especially challenging for wheelchair users like myself due to the cramped layout and random assortment of disability aids. The staff was friendly and helpful overall, although there were some instances where I felt they looked down on guests. The location was convenient for my purposes, being close to the university and town, but the lack of a comfortable bar/lounge area was a downside. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with some haphazard service and disappointing food quality. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel met basic needs and offered good value for the money.
